As I am also an intuitive healer I usually sense peoples energy as I am reading for them or blockages that they may be facing. During the session, I channel various forms of Reiki healing frequencies intuitively, which means that the frequencies that will be channeled, often varies from time to time. How so? Because your state of vibration also various just like a piano or guitar that needs attunement from time to time.
During a distant reading, I also balance chakras and if you are open, we discuss the areas that need some TLC and strengthening afterward so you can keep up the good vibes. I will give you simple practical ways to incorporate in your everyday life, and I promise you they are easy, time-efficient and adapted to the busy lifestyle most of us are living.
